Electrical Development Engineer

Key Requirements :

  • Has as field experience with performance (calculations, EPC contracts and PVSYST), solar design / layout and high voltage exposure.
  • Has a base knowledge of the electrical components of Solar (Solar Design, Layouts, inverters, AC / DC cabling, Substation)
  • Has some experience with Solar Development software - understands PVSyst modeling and Solar GIS data sets
  • High Voltage experience in regards to Main Power Transformers and Breakers
  • Interconnection experience with renewable energy projects, ideally solar.
  • Has been exposed to BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems)
