Structural Designer (Hybrid)
Location : Gautier , Mississippi
Position Overview : We are seeking a Structural Designer to develop detailed structural drawings based on applicable specifications and work order instructions. The role ensures that the design product and engineering deliverables conform to engineering design and customer specifications. Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Material (BOM), consulting with vendors on project-related activities, and coordinating design criteria with engineering, manufacturing, tooling, material, and planning groups.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed structural drawings based on specifications and work order instructions.
- Ensure design products and engineering deliverables conform to engineering design and customer specifications.
- Prepare Bills of Material (BOM).
- Consult with vendors on project-related activities.
- Coordinate design criteria with engineering, manufacturing, tooling, material, and planning groups, considering ease of manufacture, material availability, and contractual specifications.
