Project Security Supervisor – Solar Farm Installation

Location: Coldwater, MI
Pay: $21–$23/hr (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Primarily second shift or third shift; on-call as needed

STT Security, one of the longest standing Michigan security firms, is hiring a Project Security Supervisor to oversee security at a large-scale solar farm installation. This role involves managing patrol operations across a multi-square-mile rural site, ensuring asset protection during non-working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise & Lead a team of three security officers, providing training and oversight.
• Manage Patrols using a company vehicle to monitor and secure the site.
• Scheduling & Staffing – Ensure full coverage, adjust schedules, and provide on-call support.
• Operational Oversight – Handle performance management, policy compliance, client communication, payroll, and reporting.
• Recruit & Onboard new security team members.

Qualifications:

✔ Experience in security supervision, management, or leadership.
✔ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proven reliability and ability to work independently.
✔ Must pass a background check, drug test, and driving record review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
