Full-Time Sales Position for a Custom Cabinetry Company. Sales will be to retail customers, builders, remodelers and designers. The Position includes Design and Estimating of Custom Cabinets which are built at our location in the Deer Valley area of Phoenix.
Responsibilities
⦁ Sales
⦁ Follow-up on Company Provided Leads
⦁ Prospect and Build Relationships Leading to Sales with Custom Home Builders, Remodelers and Designers
⦁ Meet and Qualify Potential Clients
⦁ Design Custom Cabinetry
⦁ Estimate Jobs
⦁ Coordinate Jobs with Shop by providing them Engineering using Company provided software in order for them to Manufacturer Cabinets
⦁ Execute Contracts
⦁ Work on Plan Revisions and Samples with Clients to get Contracts and Layouts Approved and Executed
⦁ Single Point of Contact with Clients, including Timely Follow-up on Jobs and Leads
⦁ Communicate Job Schedule with Clients
⦁ Field measure at Job Sites
⦁ Job Review and Coordination of Job Releases
⦁ Order Doors and Accessories
⦁ Review Job with Installer and Supervise Delivery
⦁ Walk Job upon Completion
⦁ Invoice and Collect Balance of the Contract from Clients
⦁ Track Jobs
Compensation
Base Pay during training followed by draws against future commissions. Potential pay, depending on jobs sold and commissions earned, from $60,000.00 to $200,000.00 and higher.
Job Qualifications
⦁ Experience with Cabinet Vision cabinet software or equivalent cabinet design software – Highly Preferred
⦁ Client and Construction Industry Connections – Preferred
⦁ Knowledge of the Cabinet Manufacturing Process - Preferred
Job Requirements
⦁ Cabinet Industry Experience Highly preferred
⦁ Sales Experience
⦁ Excellent Verbal and Written Communications Skills
⦁ Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
⦁ Comfortable in a Commission-Based Role
⦁ Self-motivated with a Positive Attitude
⦁ Detail and Goal-Oriented
⦁ Willingness to Grow, Adapt and Improve with a Fast-growing Company
⦁ Valid Driver’s License, Vehicle and Vehicle Insurance
