Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisor, including answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining office supplies
- Develop and implement effective strategies to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage database and calendar systems, ensuring accurate and timely information
- Assist with various marketing initiatives and other industry-specific tasks as needed
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Financial industry experience preferred
- Advanced skills with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- CRM experience and knowledge of database management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
