The role of the Sales professional is to maintain, develop, and promote the company’s services to local commercial and industrial clientele.

Stuart Mechanical provides comprehensive commercial and industrial mechanical services throughout Michigan. These HVAC services include sales, service, installation, building/automation/controls, design & builds, and preventative maintenance.
Stuart Mechanical is located in Auburn Hills, Michigan and serves the entire state of Michigan. The majority of our work is in the southeastern region. Markets served but not limited to: education, medical, automotive, religious, retail, technological, construction, fitness, property management companies, facility maintenance, etc.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years professional experience in a business development role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience within heating and cooling preferred
- Relationships with commercial and industrial clientele a plus
- 5 years proven sales experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities within target markets
- Oversee lead tracking and data reporting to leadership
- Participate in development and generation of proposals as needed
- Assist with planning & executing business development events
- Maintain existing client relationships
- Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer about Stuart Mechanical and the services we provide.
