Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical support to the HR department, including payroll management, recruiting, scheduling, and training tasks. You will also assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, and employee recognition events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information, and similar computer applications.
