We are hiring for Hyspeed Machining , right next door to Stubborn Mule Manufacturing. A precision machine shop company specializing in aerospace, commercial, and environmental industries. Team is detail-oriented, results-driven, and collaborative —and we’re looking for skilled CNC operators to grow with them. There is on the job training so even if you have minimal experience you may still apply.

We’re seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong background in machining, this is a great opportunity to work in a high-performance manufacturing environment producing precision parts for aerospace, commercial, and environmental industries.

What You’ll Do

Operate CNC machines to cut and shape precision parts.

Read and interpret blueprints, instructions, and specifications to ensure accuracy.

Load and unload castings and raw materials safely.

Measure and inspect finished parts using gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.

Monitor machine operations, make tool wear offsets , and identify worn or damaged cutting tools.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation.

Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning .

What We’re Looking For

1-2 years minimum of CNC machining experience required .

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing instructions.

Proficiency with gages, micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools .

Experience with tool wear offsets, fixturing, and material handling .

Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality standards (AS9100 experience is a plus).

Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, ratios, etc.).

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs .

Comfortable working in a moderate-to-high noise environment .

Schedule & Pay

Full-time position with 4-day workweeks (10-hour shifts).

Work Hours : Monday – Thursday, 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (occasional weekend shifts may be required).
