Job Description: Interact with customers via phone providing a world class experience to our customers. Meet, exceed and maintain KPI’s as set by the company within 90 days of hire. Resolve customer issues in an efficient and proper manner. Educate the customer on business models and any policy that would be appropriate for their concern. Consistently show sense of urgency by providing prompt response to customer inquiries. Provide essential feedback regarding escalation trends, opportunities, challenges, productivity and process improvement. Support customers in navigating the website and creating accounts. Proxy login to purchase tickets for customers.  Effectively use all available resources and technology tools to resolve customer issues. Engage and create connections with our customers. Attend and participate in weekly Huddles/1:1’s. Important Qualities: Passion for providing excellent service to customers via phone. Excel at multitasking and moving between computer programs while holding a seamless conversation with the customer. Desire to build rapport with the customer through active listening. Ability to direct the customer efficiently to the proper resolution for their issue. Eager to learn StubHub policies, procedures, and systems quickly with the support from a knowledgeable team of peers and leaders. Consistent and reliable with attendance and aspires to improve performance constantly. Provide essential feedback regarding escalation trends, opportunities, challenges, productivity, and process improvement. Note: This is a full-time position with available shifts varying from 1:30pm-10pm Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday. Weekend and/or holiday coverage may be required.
