StubHub is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join the Finance Technology organization. You will be joining a team of engineers, analysts, and former accountants who obsess over building best-in-class financial back-end products to support our global multi-currency marketplace by automating systems and creating processes, internal tooling, and reporting. We are driven by understanding the biggest pain points between two opposite layers – rapid business growth & correct and accurate financial reporting – and addressing them with innovative solutions.
This is a hybrid work opportunity located in New York, NY. We have a 3-day in-office and 2-day remote schedule.
What You'll Do
- Translate business features and financial requirements into data-driven solutions and processes within payouts space. StubHub has a business growing at a rapid pace, and being able to implement correct solutions in the financial systems can't be a blocker for growth.
- Drive an independent area within Finance Technology ecosystem.
- Build and manage backlog to help streamline processes.
- Leverage strong project management skills to drive workstreams across analytics & engineering teams, and own delivery end to end.
- Develop roadmaps that balance short-term optimization with long-term strategic bets and investments.
- Prepare project plans, tracking & timelines. Ensure smooth and timely delivery of clearly defined milestones.
- Support company projects by providing guidance to stakeholders on FinTech requirements and their integration with FinTech systems.
- Leverage data to inform prioritization, answer questions & support decision making.
- Develop fluency in the underlying architecture, codebase and technologies of the product platform.
- Become comfortable in the "move fast, but don't break things" space : )
- Bonus points if you can leverage accounting and financial knowledge and expertise to help streamline existing manual solutions.

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub's total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
