- UKG Pro Strategy and Support: Serve as subject matter expert on UKG Pro, providing strategic guidance and ongoing configuration and enhancement support for HR business processes.
Responsibilities Include:
Security and Compliance
Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of data loaded into UKG Pro, maintaining confidentiality and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
Business Insights and Analytics
Design, develop, and analyze reports, adhering to internal standards for reuse and maintainability.
Process Efficiency and Innovation
Develop and implement efficient processes and best practices for HRIS-related tasks and activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Technology 5 years of experience in HRIS 3 years of UKG experience and configuration Exceptional organizational and time management skills Technical Skills: UKG Pro Certification Preferred Experience navigating and utilizing UKG Pro's modules for HR, payroll, and workforce management Advanced skills in Excel Data analysis and quality assurance skills Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Effective Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to present information and respond to questions from team members and leadership
