The Program Manager of Technical Operations plays a key role in supporting our CTO. It requires the ability to proactively anticipate needs and manage special projects from start to finish. You excel at balancing meticulous attention to detail with strategic planning and tactical execution, all while prioritizing multiple initiatives and addressing last-minute questions or escalations. Success in this role demands professionalism, proactive problem-solving, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and Engineering leadership, and the utmost integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex calendar coordination, scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the CTO.
- Plan, organize, and execute team activities, including 1 : 1s, leadership meetings, stand-ups, off-sites, and social events or recognition programs.
- Prepare impactful slide decks and team-wide communications.
- Coordinate meeting agendas, identify speakers, document follow-up notes, and track action items.
- Support the CTO with special projects and business operations initiatives.
- Track key deliverables, monitor progress, and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team and cross-functional partners.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest actionable solutions.

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub's total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
