Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled experience dedicated Ford automotive alignment technician to join our team at Stuckey Automotive.
You will be responsible for performing accurate and efficient wheel alignments ensuring their optimal performance and safety if you have a passion for Ford automotive repair exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service this is a perfect fit for you.
Responsibilities
1. Perform wheel alignments using state-of-the-art alignment equipment and technology
2. Inspect and assess vehicle suspension systems steering components and tire condition to determine alignment requirements.
3. Conduct accurate measurements and adjustments to line vehicle wheels according to Ford
4. identify and diagnose alignment related issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
5. collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to communicate alignment findings and ensure comprehensive vehicle care
6. maintain a clean and organized work environment
7. keep up to date with industry advancements manufacturer specifications and best practices related to alignment services especially with Ford
8. provide exceptional customer service by addressing customers inquiries explaining alignment procedures and offering maintenance recommendations manufacturer specifications
Safety Compliance: Always Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures when handling hazardous materials.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any relevant observations or issues. Complete documentation related to customer specifications.
Educational Requirements
Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent
1.proven experience as a FORD alignment technician FORD Certification Program(s) ideally at least 2 years.
2.proficiency in operating alignment equipment and tools strong knowledge of vehicle suspension systems steering components and tire technology
3.good understanding with alignment specifications procedures provided by the vehicle manufacturers bored especially
4.excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform
5. precise measurements and adjustments
6.solid problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose alignment related issues
7.strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
8.ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced automotive repair environment
9.valid driver’s license clean driving record
10.certification from a recognized automotive training program ASE Automotive Service Excellence certification and alignment
11.prior experience with computerized alignment systems and diagnostic tools

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
