Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Learn All Aspects of The Parts Department
• Pull and Deliver Parts to technicians Bay and relevant positions.
• Answer Phones and Assist Vendors with All their Parts Questions and Needs
• Must work Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Work and Coordinate with Collision Manager/Estimators to ensure Parts are ordered correctly and promptly
• Follow up on Ordered Parts and Create Cases in a timely fashion
• Stay relevant and up to date with all-inclusive items and Trainings
• Place, Receive, Post and Stock Orders
• Shuttle Customers as needed and necessary
• Deliver Parts when needed
• Multitask
• Problem solving and working within the Parts Team
Reports to Collision Manager
Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Work Experience Requirements
Valid Driver’s License
Must Submit and Pass Drug Screening
Documented Experience as an Automotive Parts Person preferred
Understanding of Stuckey Automotive’s Excellent Customer Service
Honesty, Integrity, Trustworthiness, Kindness
Driven Positive and Passionate to achieve growth and goals and provide an ideal work atmosphere
Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service Skills
Strong Professional Manners
Must meet deadlines
Detail Oriented
