Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver EXCEPTIONAL Mobile Service and targeted Positive customer experiences
- Facilitate outbound calls to schedule appointments for recalls, scheduled maintenance and special-order parts installation
- Facilitate outbound Mobile Service follow up calls within 48 hours of service to advise customer of CVP survey and solve issues proactively and positively
- Answer inbound calls with the intent to secure Mobile Service appointments and ensure customer needs are met
- Schedule appointments by geographic zone, fortifying appointment density and proximity to maximize Technician proficiency
- Advise customers about the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining it in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- When appropriate, suggest service specials and/or additional service work based on mileage intervals, and technician recommendations.
- Set appointment times to have the customer vehicles serviced at their home or place of employment. Assist customer with service time that works best for them
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and active communication and listening
- Fully engage and explain all items with Customer Focus with extreme detail
- Create and update repair orders for all mobile service visits
- Follow up and provide any feedback on efficiency of customer service processes or requests to ensure supreme satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
