What are the responsibilities and job description for the PARTS COUNTER PERSON - BELLEFONTE position at STUCKEY AUTOMOTIVE?
- Learn All Aspects of The Parts Department
- Pull and Deliver Parts to technicians Bay and relevant positions.
- Answer Phones and Assist Customers with All their Parts Questions and Needs
- Must work Variable flexible hours weekly and Saturday hours that rotate
- Work and Coordinate with Service Manager/Advisor to ensure Parts are ordered correctly and promptly
- Follow up on Back Ordered Parts and Create Cases when Necessary
- Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them
- Stay relevant and up to date with all-inclusive items and Trainings
- Develops and administers an aggressive wholesale parts program to produce profit
- Place, Receive, Post and Stock Orders
- Shuttle Customers as needed and necessary
- Deliver Parts when needed
- Multitask
- Provide ultimate customer concern resolution and problem solve
- Reports to Service Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
