Job description
The Vehicle exchange Coordinator will help generate sales through the service department by utilizing data mining tools to identify customers who fit the criteria to upgrade or trade in their vehicle. This position is also heavily focused on acquiring vehicles for the used car department through our service department customer base.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage data mining tool (Equity Connect) in the “Quote” Platform
Manage service lane positive/healthy negative equity customers—work with the cashier and service advisors on
distributing trade-in offers to customers
Proactively seek out new customers as well as existing customers
Generate custom lists of positive/healthy negative equity customers and contact via email, phone or direct mail
Develop and maintain relationship with customers
Develop and grow sales through prospecting, cold calling and relationship development
Keep customers loyal to dealership through retention
Collaborate with team members and managers
Assist service and sales customers with any concerns
Assist sales team with any needs

- Strong background in business, mathematics, and marketing a plus.
