The Student Conservation Association is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conservation Program Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the technical, logistical, and administrative tasks associated with executing SCA's various programs are completed. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including experience using and maintaining chainsaws.
In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between service partners, schedule and manage rotating projects, and assess project and environmental risks to ensure a safe work environment. You will also supervise Project Leaders and Corps Members, monitor and assess the quality of project work performed, and manage project service logs to assure data integrity.
Additional responsibilities include facilitating regular evaluations of Project Leaders and Corps Members, reporting, tracking, and responding to incidents in accordance with SCA policies and procedures, and staying up to date with SCA and AmeriCorps policies, procedures, and other requirements.
