POSITION: EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE CENTER SECRETARY

LOCATION: Board of Education Office

                  Effective upon appointment

GENERAL INFORMATION:  Under the supervision of the Teaching and Learning Department, this position will help provide support to the elementary and secondary curriculum leaders. This is a 12 month, Pay Grade III position, 7 1/2 hours per day, effective immediately.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, Partial List:

1. Perform general secretarial duties (i.e. answering phones, relaying messages, scheduling meetings, copying, etc.)
2. Proficiency with tracking and creating reports needed for the department.
3. Proficient in computer skills (Google and Microsoft Office Suite) and interpersonal skills.
4. Great attention to detail and prioritizing workloads.
5. Maintains confidentiality within all databases and student records.

QUALIFICATIONS, Partial List:

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

SALARY: Per approved salary schedule.
