While we work with students across the country, our immediate openings are:

Location:

• El Rancho Unified School District school campuses (Pico Rivera, near Downey, Norwalk and West Whittier)
• Pico Rivera, CA 90660
  
  

Schedule:

• Mon/Wed/Thurs, 1:00 PM TO 4:00PM (some sites may require work on Tues or Fri)
  
  

Hours:

• 9-15 hours per week,with the possibility of 20 hours per week within 30 days by working additional virtual or in-person
  
  

Pay:

• $22 per hour standard
• $23 per hour if bilingual (Spanish or other preferred language based on site request)
• $24 per hour if credentialed teacher or certificated tutor
  
  

In this role, you will:

• Provide small group tutoring sessions to students using the provided curriculum and learning technology.
• Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

• Can complete the fingerprinting process within 48 hours of an offer
• You will pass FBI/DOJ background check
• You can provide 3 professional references
• You have a minimum of 60 units of college credits
• You have at least one year of student-related experience
• You are detail-oriented and highly dependable
• You are an effective communicator
• You have reliable transportation
• You can provide a negative tuberculosis test within 2 weeks of being hired
• You love learning, teaching, and empowering others to soar
