Launch SA Community & Events Intern Summary :
As a Community Intern at Launch SA, you'll assist the Community Coordinator in being the point of contact for entrepreneurs and visitors. You'll greet guests, manage inquiries, schedule reservations, support event logistics, and maintain a welcoming environment. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, community-oriented setting. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
LaunchSA Community & Events Intern Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist guests and visitors to the Launch SA space
- Assist the Community Coordinator with responsibilities of front desk support of Launch
- Support the Launch SA team in researching entrepreneurial support opportunities and
identifying ways to improve our support processes.
