Founded in 2019 by Marcie Anguiano, Mission Crafts Chandlery is San Antonio's premier candle-making bar, where guests can design their own custom-scented candles, perfumes, and home fragrance products. Inspired by Marcie's South Texas roots and her mother's legacy in handmade soap and fragrance, Mission Crafts combines artisanal craftsmanship with modern creativity.

Job Summary :

The Customer Loyalty & Engagement Coordinator is responsible for maintaining meaningful connections with past customers, ensuring they feel valued and excited to return to Mission Crafts Chandlery. This role focuses on customer appreciation, retention, and engagement by implementing loyalty programs, personalized follow-ups, and special appreciation gifts.

Hours : 15 - 20 hours per week (mainly weekends)
