Pay: $15 - $20 per hour

The Role:
We’re looking for Entry-Level Vinyl Record Press Operators to join our high-energy production team. This is a hands-on role, working with both manual and automatic record presses, performing quality control, and troubleshooting machinery when needed.

What We’re Looking For:
* Mechanical knowledge (or a willingness to learn)
* Attention to detail – every record should be flawless
* Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly – vinyl isn’t light!
* Must be able to stand for an entire 8-hour shift
* Forklift experience is a plus – we move a lot of records
* Passion for music – this isn’t just a job, it’s a craft
* Reliability & efficiency – fast-paced, high-quality work is essential
