Architectural Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Complete construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit
• Create 3D models and renderings
• Document and draw existing conditions
• Develop and draft detailed construction drawings
• Conduct research with building departments and landlord representatives
• Collaborate with management and team members to complete projects
• Monitor project deliverables and provide progress updates to the team
• Independently and efficiently solve problems
• Understand and adapt client standards to various projects
• Manage communication with consultants and clients

Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with Bluebeam
• Familiarity with rendering software
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with COMcheck/REScheck

Qualifications:

• College degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in project planning and management
• Desire to expand knowledge in project planning and management disciplines
• Positive attitude, contributing to team success and company growth
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
