Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products using CAD software.
• Perform engineering calculations, including thermal and stress analyses, to ensure design integrity.
• Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to support design decisions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical for production.
• Test and evaluate prototypes, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary modifications.
• Research and select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations in all designs and processes.
• Work closely with project managers, clients, and vendors to meet project timelines and requirements.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, thermal dynamics, and fluid mechanics.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials science.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating reports and collaborating with teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ASME, ISO, or ASTM.
• Prior experience in product development or manufacturing.
