We are seeking a Customer Service Receptionist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a large amount of incoming phone calls.
- Assisting customers in the check-out process.
- Processing cash, debit, credit and check transactions using a cash register or other point-of-sale system.
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide information about the products and services, troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
