Project Architect
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Architect/Project Manager at Studio A. The position is based in Louisville, KY but offers flexibility for remote work.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in construction documents and construction administration. A qualified applicant will be leading a small team on a variety of projects.
Multi-family and Senior Care projects experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Develop schematic designs
- Communicate with the client’s representatives
- Direct and coordinate production of construction documents
- Work and coordinate with engineering consultants throughout all phases of the project
- Lead project coordination meetings
- Perform construction administration duties
- Participate in marketing efforts including attending presentations to prospective clients
- Mentor junior staff
Qualifications and Skills
- Professional degree in Architecture
- 8 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Studio and MS Teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems
- Experience in Senior Care or Multi-Family projects preferred.
