STUDIO A is seeking a motivated and experienced Architect/ Project Manager to join our growing company’s Louisville, KY office. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in construction documents and construction administration.
Responsibilities
- Develop schematic designs
- Communicate with the client’s representatives
- Direct and coordinate production of construction documents
- Work and coordinate with engineering consultants throughout all phases of the project
- Lead project coordination meetings
- Perform construction administration duties
- Participate in marketing efforts including attending presentations to prospective clients
- Mentor junior staff
Qualifications and Skills
- Professional degree in Architecture
- 5 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Studio and MS Teams
- Familiarity with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems
- Experience in Multi-Family projects preferred.
