We’re currently seeking a Tumbling Instructor to join our talented team of educators and help our students build strength, flexibility, and proper technique in a safe and fun environment.
Job Description
As a Tumbling Instructor at Studio B, you'll lead weekly tumbling classes for students ranging from beginner to advanced levels. You will be responsible for teaching safe progressions, fostering a positive class atmosphere, and encouraging students to challenge themselves.
Responsibilities
- Teach tumbling classes to students of various age groups and skill levels
- Develop and follow structured lesson plans
- Ensure proper spotting and safety techniques at all times
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with students and parents
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with staff to support studio events and performances (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Prior experience in tumbling, gymnastics, cheer, or acro instruction (required)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and connect with students in a supportive way
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Must pass a background check
