Studio C, the parent company of Celebration Cinema, One Twenty Three Tavern, Midtown, Studio Park and ShowSpan is now accepting applications for the position of Circuit Mechanical Maintenance Manager. This is a full time, exempt, salaried position with an expectation of 45 hours/week. The Circuit Mechanical Maintenance Manager reports to the VP of Facilities.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and perform the maintenance and preventative maintenance of all Studio C equipment. You will be working closely with all Facility Maintenance Managers on proper repair and maintenance of equipment. Including training and development of skills necessary to complete the repair and maintenance, along with performance management to ensure that equipment is repaired properly, safely, accurately and timely and that preventative maintenance is being completed as scheduled.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Oversee the repair, maintenance and preventative maintenance of all Studio C equipment to include HVAC, boilers, water heaters, generators, snow melt, compactors, as well as kitchen and concession equipment, etc circuit wide.
- Safety - Ensure all maintenance processes and procedures are safe, and that all compliance programs are being met.
- Routinely inspect all facilities; resolve existing problems and determine future requirements.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with and provide leadership to Facility Maintenance Managers regarding ongoing mechanical maintenance issues.
- Develop standardized maintenance and preventative maintenance programs for all mechanical systems; develop checklists and hold Facility Maintenance Managers accountable.
- Coordinate with the VP of Facilities in choosing community partners (vendors and contractors), and establishing expectations of proper workmanship and ensuring adherence to contracts (including procurement of certificates of liability insurance).
- Collaborate with VP of Facilities in all areas of mechanical maintenance and in the planning and implementation of major capital project execution on those systems.
- Assist in building and maintaining a celebrated culture; one that is healthy and positive, with an emphasis on trust, empathy, respect, courage, playfulness, transparency, and continued learning.
- Collaborate and communicate well with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests and vendors regarding building/maintenance related matters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Five (5) years of equipment repair and leadership experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge and ability to perform mechanical maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, kitchen equipment
- Proven success in a leadership role
- Certified to handle refrigerant would be ideal
- Possess a valid Michigan Driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Highly motivated with a proven ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Physically demanding role, requires: manual dexterity, walking, twisting, bending, crawling, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 pounds or more, operating machinery
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays in rare emergency situations.
