We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team! The Receptionist will be responsible for asking visitors COVID-19 screening questions as provided by the site and perform temperature checks on visitors. The Receptionist is also responsible for assisting with guest inquiries, directions, and initial questions regarding the facility or services.
Payroll Experience is a MUST!!
SCHEDULE : MONDAY TO FRIDAY 3P TO 8P
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual : Spanish, preferred but not required.
Primary Receptionist Responsibilities
Administer medical questionnaires directly to Clinic Staff, Patients as well as any visitors entering job sitesAdminister and interpret the temperature of an individual utilizing forehead, tympanic and / or oral thermometers according to manufacturer’s instructions and CDC guidance for personal protectionReporting cases of positive and negative responses according to established protocolsCommunicate findings directly to the Leads as requiredDocument findings and results of the Medical ScreeningTranslates for provider and office staff as requestedMake changes in the appointment type as needed depending on findings and results while having polite, but clear communication with the patients about the changesEnsure the registration and lobby areas are appropriately maintainedGreet and sign in patients, providing exceptional patient experienceAnswer and screen telephone calls, take messages and provide informationAttend meetings as requiredNotify the Office Manager of possible problems :
Patient RelationsOther Employees, etc.Submit appropriate information per procedureReports malfunctioning equipment to Office ManagerStays in compliance with all HIPAA regulationsOther Essential Qualifications
