Having recently moved our firm to Austin, we're seeking a talented Project Manager to help drive our growth in the region. Our philosophy centers on creating warm, elegant, minimal homes that are integrated with the landscape and emphasize sustainability and resilience.
The Role
As Project Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our principal to lead projects from initial concept through final delivery. You'll oversee all aspects of the design process, work with the clients, manage consultant and builder relationships, and ensure the highest standards of quality and execution. As Studio DuBois continues to expand in Austin, this position offers potential for growth into a broader leadership role within the firm. We are primarily focused on Central Texas projects and this position is in-person, with some opportunity for remote work.
Core Requirements
- 5-7 years' experience in contemporary high-end residential work in the United States
- Professional architectural license (LEED accreditation is a plus)
- Exceptional design sensibility
- Demonstrated ability to manage consultant teams and project timelines
- Expertise in high-end detailing, materials selection, and technical documentation
- Strong knowledge of building systems, construction administration, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
