We are a locally owned and operated supplier of closet systems, mirrors, hardware, glass enclosures and railings that we fabricate and install in homes all over West Michigan. We partner with homeowners on remodel projects as well as work directly with home builders on new construction developments.

Role – Customer Service & Job Estimator (FULL TIME)
Studio G is looking for both entry-level as well as experienced Customer Service Representatives and Job Estimators of glass products at residential and commercial customer locations across West Michigan.
Ideal candidates should be detail oriented, take pride in a job well done, be open to learning, have a positive attitude and be comfortable coordinating with multiple departments and customers.
You’ll be doing a lot of this:
- Review and analyze Blueprints and specifications for assigned projects
- Analyzing measurements provided by Installers, placing orders for materials, getting quotes, interpreting job specifications and factoring in labor and other costs.
- Working as part of a team
- Compiling and recording job and cost data
- Answering calls and inquiries from customers and installers
So, you should have this:
- Comfort using technology and office equipment
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Sharp decision-making skills and receptive to learn
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency; ability to read tape measure fractions
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment at times
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
