As part of this expansion, they are seeking a Customer Service / Sales Assistant to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to contribute to causes that make a real difference.
Responsibilities include:
- Represent charitable clients at local events and community activations
- Assist in coordinating campaign logistics and on-site event support
- Provide excellent customer service in person, via phone, and by email
- Foster positive relationships with supporters, donors, and partners
- Work closely with internal teams to meet outreach goals
- Keep accurate records of engagement activity and client interactions
- Contribute to lead generation efforts and brand representation
- Ensure all touchpoints with the public reflect professionalism and passion

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, outreach, or similar roles
