Key Responsibilities:

• Support the setup and breakdown of event displays, promotional materials, and branded visuals
• Engage with the public at events, sharing the mission and impact of the charity in a compelling way
• Drive interest and participation through confident, meaningful conversations
• Encourage support by explaining the cause’s initiatives and how individuals can get involved
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to help refine campaign messaging and event strategies
• Maintain a strong understanding of the campaign and represent the brand with professionalism and passion
• Provide helpful, friendly, and informative customer service during all interactions
• Adapt quickly to different event venues, schedules, and audiences

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Strong storytelling ability with a natural enthusiasm for helping others
• Highly adaptable and reliable, with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and interacting with a variety of people
• Weekend and evening availability is essential
• Willingness to travel within the Minneapolis area for different event locations
• Previous experience in events, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required
