Our team focuses on social media marketing - but we also cover influencer management, newsletters, graphic design, content creation, and more.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Marketing Manager at Studio June. Our ideal candidate will be located near Los Angeles, as they will have to appear in person from tiem to time. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, completing content creation, and growing social media followings. They will also lead influencer partnerships, email campaigns, and drive user acquisition through paid and organic channels.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement innovative marketing strategies across social platforms, with an emphasis on Instagram and TikTok.Handle content creation (iPhone), including ideation, strategy, and execution, ensuring alignment with brand identities. You will need to travel to clients in LA for this on a bi-weekly basis.Grow and manage social media communities, driving engagement and follower growth.Be client facing and manage client expectations / deliverables.Manage multiple clients simultaneously - everything from monthly feed plans, content creation / selection, copywriting, launch timelines, influencer relations, and brand partnerships.Plan and execute influencer partnerships, leveraging Studio June’s extensive network to deliver impactful campaigns.Manage email campaigns, from strategy and design to analytics and optimization, to drive customer acquisition and retention.Collaborate with clients to refine branding and content aesthetics, ensuring alignment with their goals and market trends.Analyze data to measure campaign success, providing actionable insights to improve performance.Qualifications1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably within an agency or a brand-focused role.Knowledge of the brands we work with and other brands in the space.Proven expertise in social media management, with a track record of growing accounts and driving engagement.Experience in influencer partnerships, including sourcing, outreach, and campaign management.Strong aesthetic sensibility and ability to align content with brand identities.Knowledge of email marketing, user acquisition strategies, and data-driven decision-making.Proficiency in project management and communication, ensuring seamless execution across teams and clients.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Why Join Studio June?At Studio June, you’ll collaborate with a team of creative, passionate girls committed to making brands shine in a competitive digital landscape!
