We are looking for someone passionate about contemporary architecture, with a strong design sensibility and a desire to create meaningful, innovative waterfront homes. Our ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and excited to collaborate within a boutique studio environment.
Requirements:
- Active architectural license (Florida preferred)
- 5 years of experience in custom residential design
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3D modeling/rendering software
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and built work
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage projects from concept through construction
