Junior Designer / Project Manager – Studio M Staging
Studio M Staging is seeking a dynamic Junior Designer / Project Manager to join our team! This role combines creativity with strong project management skills, overseeing staging projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee multiple staging projects, from initial consultation to final installation.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the process.
- Design Support: Assist in the design process, helping to style homes and create cohesive, beautiful spaces.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with a small team on-site, and work independently when needed (in the warehouse or on design tasks).
- Inventory Management: Navigate and manage inventory, ensuring accuracy in tagging and tracking.
- Timely Execution: Ensure projects stay on schedule, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
Qualifications:
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage timelines, deadlines, and client expectations.
- Customer Service Excellence: Must have a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Design Skills: A passion for design with a natural ability to put looks together (we provide training!).
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (rarely needed, but required).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with project management tools like Monday, Sortly, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.
- Valid Driver’s License & Car: Must have transportation; mileage reimbursed at state rate.
