Role Overview

The Appointment Generator serves as the voice of Studio One, delivering an outstanding first impression that builds lasting connections with athletes, coaches, and families over the phone. This role focuses on scheduling appointments and making outbound sales calls to fuel the growth of our elite studio. You’ll uphold our commitment to top-tier customer service while managing daily operational schedules with precision.

Experience & Skills

• 2 years of experience in a phone sales role is preferred
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Polished and professional phone presence.
• At least 1 year of telemarketing and sales experience required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.53 - $19.01 per hour

Shift:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
• No nights

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities
• Performance bonus
