Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage complex millwork projects from inception to completion. This role requires a leader with a strong background in millwork and a proven track record of successful project management. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple millwork projects simultaneously, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the millwork industry.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex millwork projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of millwork processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
