Current and completed projects span the Americas and Europe, from residential to commercial in use, building upon the experience of the three founders’ leadership of building projects across the globe for discerning clientele and past associated design studios. The studio was founded in 2022 and maintains offices in New York and Florida.
Job Description:
The Staff Bookkeeper reports directly to the Partners and Director of Operations and is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the firm’s financial health. This role oversees accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), bookkeeping, and the preparation of regular financial reports for the partners. Additional responsibilities include managing the monthly invoicing process, handling sales tax for services and goods sold across multiple U.S. states and internationally and overseeing the procurement and sale of decorative/interiors inventory through Studio Designer software.
The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, proficiency in QuickBooks, and a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles. They should also be capable of managing multiple projects across varying timelines with efficiency and attention to detail.
Qualifications include but not limited to:
- Completion of a professional degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years working experience of Bookkeeping. Prior experience in an interior design or architecture practice is a plus.
- Experience with QuickBooks, required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with Studio Designer Software, a plus

Pay: $57,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
