- Prospect, follow up, present to, and service buyers and sellers, leading to effective conversion of leads into appointments, appointments into agreements, and agreements into accepted purchase contracts.
- Acquire expert knowledge in mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all aspects of home ownership.
- Conduct high-level fiduciary needs analysis and manage a time-efficient home search and sale process.
- Consult with clients to ensure comprehensive fiduciary service from initial contact through contract closure, coordinating with the Transaction Coordinator.
- Skillfully negotiate on behalf of all buyer and seller clients.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for Buyers and Sellers
- Convert incoming leads
- Set and hold Buyer and Seller Consulting Appointments
- Analyze the Buyer’s and Seller’s needs and goals
- Provide Housing and Community Information Research
- Preview and show homes
- Negotiate terms and contracts for buyers and sellers
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
- Exceptional at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
