What are the responsibilities and job description for the PR Influencer Intern position at StudioBeauty?
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible intern who can work on a hybrid schedule starting immediately. Majority of role will be remote; however, there will be times when intern will be in office to help support with product send outs and event preparation.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in beauty Influencer Marketing, as well as working within a PR agency. This internship will work with both the influencer marketing and social teams. Some of the skills you will learn will include, but not limited to, building target influencers lists, assisting supervisors in building influencer social coverage reports, and monthly social media content calendars. These skills are the foundation to a fruitful career in influencer marketing.
Position Reports To: Senior Account Executive, Influencer, and Account Coordinator, Influencer.
Responsibilities
• Support with building target influencer lists for various initiatives (seedings, events, campaigns)
• Monitor social media channels for influencer social converge & client mentions on daily basis
• Build Influencer reports & compiling post insights
• Research new & upcoming Influencers and content creators
• Update community lists and sending gifting to our Studio Community
• Utilize CreatorIQ as an online social database and for research
• Support with building monthly social media content calendars
• Research industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and engagement
• Assist with the daily management and maintenance of the showroom
• Inventory tracking for multiple brands
• Physical work that may involve moving boxes and samples from place to place
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have excellent multitasking skills, pay close attention to detail while completing tasks in a timely manner, be proficient in excel, and above all, have a strong desire for a career in Influencer Marketing, Social Media and the beauty industry.
EXPERIENCE: Influencer Marketing, Social Media and/or Showroom experience in a similar internship is a plus but not essential.
SKILLS/APTITUDES: Attention to detail, good administrative, analytical, problem solving, oral/written communication skills are required. HOURS: 10:00 AM-5:00 PM, 2-5 days per week
