We offer a better retail and digital experience that prioritizes safety and expertise in a cool, fun and welcoming environment, along with a wide earring assortment-all at an accessible price point.Based in Madison, the Studio Manager will oversee all aspects of our State Street Studio, including both piercing services and earring sales. In this position, you'll build and lead a team of service-oriented Managers, Sales Associates, and Piercers in executing complex operational processes and delivering best in-class guest experiences. You will exercise your financial acumen and sound decision making to guide and inspire the team to meet our goals and continually improve processes.
