Position: Partnership Success Manager
The Partnership Success Manager will serve as a liaison between the Study Smart Tutors team and its customers through coordination with the partnerships, education, staffing, and recruiting departments to ensure that partners receive exceptional support before/during/after services. The position is a full-time salaried position and will report to the Study Smart Tutors’ Lead Partnership Success Manager.
Qualifications for a Partnership Success Manager include skills such as excellent communication, organization, interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle partner inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy. Relevant experience in partner support, partner service, leadership skills, and/or familiarity with CRM tools specifically Salesforce or partner support software may also be preferred.

Job Responsibilities
Management of educational programs and customer service cycle (80%)
Lead program planning, partner relationships, and team coordination
Ensure programs are launched on time and and meet/exceed partner expectations
Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of each program
Advocate for the partner to ensure their needs and concerns are understood and addressed
Collaborate and manage communication with internal teams to strategize and deliver exceptional customer service
Understand the entire scope of projects to allow for swift decision making and task delegation to the appropriate party, if necessary
Interpret partner goals communicated by Partnership Managers as they relate to the various departments of Study Smart Tutors, to deliver effective and efficient communication of tasks
Ensure smooth launch, and effective operations of Study Smart Tutors products and services, through complete comprehension of all product aspects.
Serving as a point of contact and providing guidance and support to other team members
Assisting in the training and development of accounts team, team members, including onboarding new accounts, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing updates and support
Command a comprehensive understanding of all internal and external factors contributing to project success, ensuring seamless coordination and strategic alignment across all stages.
2. Manage Special Projects (5%)
a. New service/product launches
3. Site Visits (15%)
a. As needed to improve the Study Smart Tutors partner experience and operational efficiency
b. Attend partner meetings on site to strengthen the partner and Study Smart Tutors’ relationship
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in education or related field
2 years of account management with sales experience preferred
Experience working with first-generation students in underserved communities
Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experienced in time management, establishing priorities, and complying with deadlines
Expert with G Suite
Salesforce experience
Effective communication with strong written and oral communication skills
Willingness to take direction and execute tasks independently
Must have a keen eye for detail
