About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Certified High School Science Teacher to join our team as an in-person tutor/teacher.
The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Freshman Biology, AP Environmental Science, and/or AP/Honors Chemistry, and be available to work during full school days.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Study Smart Tutors staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies
- Support small and large groups of students in their academic journey
- Provide individualized instruction and guidance to help students achieve their goals
Requirements
- A completed 4-year degree
- Teaching experience (Must be NJ DOE Certified)
- Experience with subjects: Freshman Biology, AP Environmental Science, and/or AP/Honors Chemistry
- Availability for in-person tutoring/teaching during full school days
