Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual to assume the role of Special Projects Coordinator. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing and executing a variety of high-impact initiatives, including district management for High Dosage Tutoring, School ACT Prep, and Online Tutoring programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an aptitude for strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship building, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight & Coordination: Lead and manage all external special projects, ensuring smooth execution and optimal outcomes for High Dosage Tutoring, School ACT Prep, and Online Tutoring.
- Business Development & Sales Growth: Cultivate new client relationships, drive sales initiatives, and expand project territories by proactively identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Maintain consistent, high-level communication with internal teams, external partners, and project stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Operational Execution & Oversight: Oversee project implementation from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
- Strategic Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to on-the-ground teams, empowering them to execute their roles with clarity and precision, while maintaining focus on achieving desired outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess the effectiveness of ongoing projects and drive the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance both project efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Sales Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, close deals, and expand client portfolios.
- Leadership Experience: 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in managing teams, with a strong ability to lead by example, motivate others, and achieve collective goals.
- Project Management Acumen: A proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Organizational Excellence: A keen eye for detail, strong time management skills, and the capacity to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives with efficiency.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel as necessary to support project implementation and client relationships.
- Team-Oriented Mindset: A collaborative and proactive team player, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization.

- Educational Background: A college degree is preferred.
