- Process customer transactions using the Aloha POS system
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
- Greet customers and provide assistance as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces
- Operate basic kitchen equipment for food orders
- Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations
- Upsell products to customers to increase sales
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in cashiering, preferably in a café or grocery store setting
- Proficiency in math for accurate cash handling
- Familiarity with food handling procedures
- Knowledge of sales techniques to promote products effectively
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus
