Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized after use.
- Help with the removal of trash and recycling from the kitchen area.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take direction from kitchen staff.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
