The Receiving Associate position- We are looking for a dedicated distribution worker to perform an array of duties such as inspecting, receiving, and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from automated and manual stock locations, sorting, packing, tagging, and bagging orders, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
As a Receiver you will inspect and count various types of merchandise accurately, notice defects and errors quickly, all while maintaining departmental goals. To be successful, the Receiver must also have great communication skills and able to work as a team member with a wide variety of people in the supply chain division.
The associate must be able to sit or stand for a long duration of time 8hrs or longer. Must be able to lift 30lbs or more when performing daily job duties. Be able to train and work with pallet jacks and cherry picker equipment for moving, transporting, and saving incoming products, to their storage stations and warehouse locations. Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect, receive, and process incoming buy or make goods.
- Count and package received merchandise.
- Open and sort incoming return Mexico shipments
- Perform daily cycle counts.
- Fill out daily standard work log.
- Basic computer knowledge, able to work for Oracle and check and answer company emails.
- Proficient eyesight, inspect product for quality issues, imperfections, and minor flaws.
- Be able to process a basic RMA and receive the return.
- Process orders through the sure sort
- Use equipment pallet jack, cherry picker.
- Process RTV back to vendors
- Diamond test all incoming work for authenticity
- Measure product using calipers and gauges.
- Using tools (loops, mandrel)
- Maintain departments set goals in accuracy and efficiency.
- Be able to work flexible hours during peak seasons and schedule O.T.
- Fill and check orders

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Team player with good verbal and communication skills
- Dependable and punctual with attendance
- Good hands and eye coordination
- Able to sit or stand for a long duration of time 8hrs or longer filling and shipping orders.
- Must be able to lift 30lbs or more.
- Must be able to follow both verbal and written instruction, in English.
- Must be able to move with a sense of urgency and prioritize work.
- Participate in Stuller sponsor events.
- Must have some computer knowledge, Oracle, word or excel.
- Adhere to the department policies and procedures.
